Inspired by the rise in popularity of ADU’s in the Portland area, our clients decided to transform the area where their 1920’s unused and withering garage once stood into a spacious and efficiently designed 750sqft. living space. This created the opportunity for them to downsize from their current home and generate additional income by renting that space while simultaneously moving into a fresh, newly designed dwelling. Distinguishable interior features include a full wetroom bathroom with a freestanding tub, curbless walk-in shower and heated flooring.
