Airy ADU

Starting with a spacious but bare bones two-car garage, we transformed this cold space into an open floor plan, one bed, one bath, detached ADU that acts as its own residence. Connecting water, sewer and power all by underground directional drilling, we kept the driveway and new landscaping perfectly in tact without any trenching. Whether rented out or acting as additional separate living area for the main house, this garage conversion provides these homeowners with 500 sq ft of beautifully crafted space.
